What’s going on in your garden (2025)?

I'd recommend pumpkin-stuffed tortelloni, with sage butter.
Last time I had that was at a wedding about 20 years ago, it was really good, but I don't know if I want to do the recipe, though. That wedding also had for appetizers, shrimp cocktail that were easily U-10's and mini beef Wellington. I honestly filled up on appetizers. Oh man, those appetizers were so delicious.

Yeah! Lets plant 24 tomato plants! That sounds like a great idea, somebody thought. No time this year for classic canning recipes so it’s all about loss prevention. I am straining the early girls and just shrink wrapping the San Marzan skins and all. Just cored. I’ll puree and strain as I use them.

Cleaned up my Briggs & Stratton tiller, mfg. in 1997, for the end of the year. I'll have to run it one more time for the garlic bed but that'll just be in dirt since I've already tilled in the weeds. I used to do that whole storage routine but it's cheaper, easier, and faster to leave it run ready and crank it up for 10 minutes every month in the off season.
