Fillet of beef, Yorky, veg, roast potato and parsnip, port & stilton gravy. Tears were shed in the kitchen - Mrs. E. grated horseradish to make fresh horseradish sauce :)

Yorkshire fried chicken with chips, peas and mushroom sauce.

Haven't cooked in two days. But last night was a New York Strip Steak, cooked rare, a loaded baked potato and a salad that had lettuce, sprouts, olives, cheese, little tomatoes and jalapeño ranch dressing.
Hubby had a rib eye also rare, a baked sweet potato and a salad. (Not sure what he put on his).

Sprouts? Do you mean salad sprouts? Or Brussels Sprouts? Anyway, sounds good!

They are called "kaiware" or "daikon" here (หัวไชเท้า).

For a change - mushy peas, chips and fish.
