Crab on cheese on toast with chilli flakes. A little tin of dressed crab goes a long way for £1.20. This is only a third of the tiny tin. Its rather a good store cupboard product - it makes a good pasta sauce too.

It was - but I think maybe a milder cheese may have worked better to let the crab taste shine through.

Polynesian Chicken
I first developed this recipe for hogfish, but decided to make it with chicken. It is sweet and sour with a touch of heat. Right now the recipe is in my head and I need to write it down. It is served over Jasmine rice and has red, yellow and orange bell peppers.
