I have cooked this week but did not take pictures.
G made calves liver with onions. I wanted to make mushroom polenta but did not have polenta in the pantry. I used corn meal. The texture was not as creamy as polenta but the taste was everything I wanted. I actually liked the tooth of the corn meal.
Baked speckled trout (sea trout) with garlic, herb tahini sauce. The sauce was great. Next time I will broil the fish instead of baking it.
Braised chicken thighs with a large hand full of sweet banana pepper strips. Loved the flavor of the peppers

Humus
G went to the lake camp to fish with his son. I reserved a big scoop of the budding and sent the rest with G along with the Humus. I sent small containers with assorted toppings for the Humus - chopped Greek Kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes, capers and chopped herbs.
My men loved both.
