I would be happy with thatI have been trying soooo hard to want a salad but I keep giving into macaroni and cheese or something else every time we have talked about it lately. I fear my lettuce greens are going to end up getting tossed out. Comfort food wins, I reckon. Got a baked chicken, macaroni and cheese dish in the oven that I will top with bacon and serve with a mix of greens (kale, broccoli, and cabbage).
Red Thai smoked chicken thighs with lemon salt.

I’m absolutely loving my new grater, it shaves the Parmesan beautifully and grates in both directions so it’s nice n fast to use.

They are a bit pricey and as I also already have one of the originals it stopped me from buying it for a very long time. Then I saw Jean Pierre grating ginger without peeling it on one and it was so fast and easy I was completely sold!Ah that looks good. I've got one of the original long, thin Microplanes. It's good, but it's a tad too narrow so grating cheese is a bit hazardous. That one seems to solve it by being wider. Shame they're a bit on the spendy side.

Hmm that’s giving off potential ‘gluten free’ vibes tooI tried these Starbucks Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes for breakfast. Was pretty good.
A mixture of diced potatoes, Cheddar cheese, spinach and a touch of chives, mixed with cage-free eggs and baked until golden brown.
