I have been trying soooo hard to want a salad but I keep giving into macaroni and cheese or something else every time we have talked about it lately. I fear my lettuce greens are going to end up getting tossed out. Comfort food wins, I reckon. Got a baked chicken, macaroni and cheese dish in the oven that I will top with bacon and serve with a mix of greens (kale, broccoli, and cabbage).

I would be happy with that ☺️

I've put diced tomatoes in Mac and cheese...

Ah that looks good. I've got one of the original long, thin Microplanes. It's good, but it's a tad too narrow so grating cheese is a bit hazardous. That one seems to solve it by being wider. Shame they're a bit on the spendy side.
They are a bit pricey and as I also already have one of the originals it stopped me from buying it for a very long time. Then I saw Jean Pierre grating ginger without peeling it on one and it was so fast and easy I was completely sold!
Reckon it’ll do a lovely job on chocolate too.

It’s the ribbon blade one -

I tried these Starbucks Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes for breakfast. Was pretty good.

A mixture of diced potatoes, Cheddar cheese, spinach and a touch of chives, mixed with cage-free eggs and baked until golden brown.

Hmm that’s giving off potential ‘gluten free’ vibes too 😋

I was given two as a Christmas gift a few years ago. Wonderful things - and yes, it works a treat on chocolate, as long as the chocolate is decent!
