Bit belated, but here's what I made on Xmas Day : 'Chiducken' ('Duchicken'?). I got a couple of boneless chicken thighs and a couple of duck breasts and pounded them flat then rolled one in the other in the skin. Actually, there wasn't enough skin for the one at the left so that's actually some pork rind I had in the freezer!

Then there was a 4 hour sous vide bath resulting in these:

My baking never looks even close to like the pictures. 😢 😔
Ya know, a chef friend of mine once told me that if whatever it is that you've made looks too perfect, no one will believe you when you tell them that you made it yourself. The more rustic, the better... you made it with love, because you wanted to, not because someone paid to you and you had to make it. I think your bread looks great! AND I'll bet any amount of money it tasted wonderful to boot!
