Does lowcountry mean the same thing there as it does here? Lowcountry food here is from the Southeast US, and is comfort food, for the most part.

I had some of the new batch of salsa ( #331 ) this morning for breakfast. I wasn't sure how hot it was going to be but the couple of weeks in the freezer helped to boost the heat I guess.

detroitdad I made something similar, only it wasn't handmade

... but also cooked in the AF

I had some leftover cooked pasta and made a pot of steamed Carrots to go with.
This sure makes a mess in the AF, but I just got some Dawn Powerwash that I'll try tomorrow once its cooled down.
That thing gets BLAZIN' hot!
