What did you cook or eat today (July 2019)?

No, just red wine. I also thought the same thing when I first read the recipe, but either way, the cumin was just too much for either of us. I like cumin fine, but when it's working with other spices, not as the star. It has an almost...musty quality to it.

The chicken was wonderful, though, and I wish I'd snapped a pic before building the sandwiches. They were fried perfectly. The wife even requested I add these to the regular rotation (What?! Make the same thing twice?! Never!).

That is very odd. I've not come across wine being used in a 'dressing' unless its cooked. I suppose that regarding the cumin, it would depend on how much. Cumin can Was it whole seeds or ground cumin?
