What did you cook or eat today (July 2019)?

Here's the galette, ended up being peach and blueberry.

Very happy with the crust. I'll get the recipe posted tomorrow.

Thanks! I'm using that tableware (in this instance) because that's coffee, not tea, and I prefer those mugs for coffee! We all have our foibles. :)

Great looking hummus - do you simply whizz up tinned chickpeas with tahini and garlic? I haven't made any for ages...

Thanks. Let's see...I can probably do this in my head...chickpeas, garlic, lemon, tahini, water, salt, and oil, all in the food processor for a few minutes, then topped with paprika and more oil.
