It is very crumbly (and actually a little green around the edges). However, it is not called "Yorkshire Wensleydale" so I suppose that it could have been produced anywhere.
I'll get a picture of the "lump" tomorrow.
Last night, fried chicken and leftover sides from 4th of July, greens, black-eyed peas and mac and cheese.

Spaghetti with Mustard Green Pesto, (homemade) oven dried tomatoes, and (homemade) chicken sausage. As I mentioned in my pesto thread, this doesn't play as a traditional pesto. In a pasta, it's less an Italian dish and more something a few hundred kilometers to the east, like a stroganoff.
