Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Thighs, diced for an easier dining experience, my Quick Cucumber Kim Chee (or kimchi, whatever) and the ever present steamed White Rice. Shoyu and Furikake was applied liberally after the glamour shot :p:
 
Sister in laws 50th. She’s equally as obsessed with Mexican food as my daughter.

Chilli con carne
A couple of different chicken stews
Dirty rice
Refried beans
Xmas eve salad

And all the usual accompaniments.

Around Texas, dirty rice is more of a cajun dish. I wonder if is the same as what you made.

Pork sausages (sous vide then pan fried),

I don't understand why you are using a sous-vide for sausages. Sous-vide is perfect for slow controlled cooking which develops flavour in cuts of meat, vegetables etc. I wouldn't think sausages would benefit from that?
