A couple of different chicken stews
Dirty rice
Refried beans
Xmas eve salad

Was invite to a friends birthday, typical westernized Asian all you can eat place. Not bad but I am limited in my choice due to having no colon so I ate mostly white food lol.

Vegetarian mini lumpia

Chicken gyoza

Salmon teriyaki nigiri

Banana fritters with vanilla dip

Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Thighs, diced for an easier dining experience, my Quick Cucumber Kim Chee (or kimchi, whatever) and the ever present steamed White Rice. Shoyu and Furikake was applied liberally after the glamour shot

Maybe Frizz1974 just dropped it on the floor and picked it back up before anyone noticed.

I cooked chicken& vegetable Gyoza. I oiled a child pan and placed the frozen items down. Cooked on a high heat. They stick and didn't brown as nicely as last time.

Last time I preheated the pan before placing.

Lesson learned....

They were still tasty! Should have taken a photo.

We make this every Xmas Eve, it’s in a Mexican cookbook my sister in law has had for decades but here’s a link to something pretty close to what we serve.

I don't understand why you are using a sous-vide for sausages. Sous-vide is perfect for slow controlled cooking which develops flavour in cuts of meat, vegetables etc. I wouldn't think sausages would benefit from that?
