Lentils and spelt pasta stew, Krainer sausage (deskinned, kid's preference), salad.
Later on, cauliflower glassnoodle soup.
For today I did pork chops, marinated in soy sauce and herbs for 8 hours, then pan fried.
I tried tamari flavour brown rice crackers.
Experimented with homebaked rice flour chips, from scratch. Will work on those, but great potential.😊

This time I used dry dill, dry shallot green stems, and before frying I added dry oregano.
Thank you for asking🧡🤩

Very nice! I am a huge user of thyme, sage and oregano. Dry shallot green stems? Now this sounds completely new to me, never heard of them or saw over here, but maybe just because I’ve never looked for it 😃
Next time I’ll be at Supermarket I’ll take a look, same for dried dill.

yeah, I was subjected to that in hospital. a slice of pumpkin, a slice of aubergine and a slice of potato with some tomato paste. wasn't impressed.

At DJ’s they were

Roasted Sweet potato
Fried Eggplant
Mozzarella
Pesto

Repeat. Stabbed with a skewer & the last thing skewered was a cherry tomato. Or maybe the first?
