Outstanding, both photo and tart..
At first glance I thought they were pears instead of apples.
I'm a fan of sweet / salty combinations (but not too much sweet or savory), and figs, apples and brie cheese definitely have my attention ..

Just another loaf of bread.
I'm trying to get it not to stick to the tin. I've been having issues with one of the paddles. I think I've finally got it sussed. Now to try to get the yeast levels sorted. It is still rather light and fluffy, rather than a slightly heavier loaf that I'm actually after! I'm down to half the yeast recommendation.
