Wow! I've been blown out again today and only just woke up again.

For today's meal, I made Andouille sandwiches with stone mustard, horse radish and sauerkraut. Yeah, it's an old favorite.

The sandwiches are quick and easy to make too.
 
Portabello burger stuffed with little bellas, onion, garlic, jalapeno and munster cheese, topped with munster cheese on a homemade sage bun with a mustard/onion relish, piquant avocado mash and sliced tomatoes.

That pic couldn't get any better, and double cheese? Me too. I think I could do two of those??
