My wife arrived home this evening with another cauliflower (amongst other things) which she had been given by her mate.

It looks like aloo ghobi tomorrow then.

I think this recent glut of cauliflowers is beginning to affect me.....

My wife has just returned with two more cauliflowers, a bag full of limes and a shed load of coriander!

And she's been to a funeral!

Pictures tomorrow.

What are Fenugreek Seeds?

What are Fenugreek Seeds?

Fenugreek Spice is available in two forms, crushed leaves and seeds. I have the leaves (green), but am still waiting on the seeds. Fenugreek is used in a lot of Indian foods along with Fennel, Cumin and other spices for Curries and Chutneys. I may use it in any number of ways, as my creativity suggests.

We're having polenta later this week. That's 1 of the meals I'm hoping Craig can handle. 😇 😈

Do you know that I thought of you two while I was making my polenta? I know it's one of the Italian dishes you like and I really hope CraigC can handle it well :)

Anyway, traditional polenta bramata is definitely a great product, but I regretted the instant one for a moment, especially my arm which has yet to deflate

Can also be bought as a dried ground 'powder':
