I was given this yesterday to try. It was cut from a c. 2 kg joint of New Zealand aged tenderloin. It should only need 30 seconds per side.
That looks pretty thin. 30 seconds preside on high heat sounds right.

Didn't buy but made Thai yellow curry paste, a triple batch as it will be gone in a few days. Coriander/cilantro from garden, complete with roots. The place smells so good ATM.

Cadbury creme eggs in a lovely tin 
It's early for easter but I just had to have it. I collect nice looking unique tins .
Otherwise the weekly shop contains:

I 'liked' your post but not the creme eggs. I'll be happy with all your other purchases (except the baklava). I bought a pork tenderloin too. Not sure yet what I'm going to do with it.

When we used to go fishing in the sounds many years ago, we would tie up at a mussel barge and catch snapper and blue cod. The barges are everywhere.

Mail order....
The last tin that I bought from Amul needed a tin opener and had a plastic resealable lid to use after opening. This one is designed like a paint tin, i.e. A screwdriver is required to open it and a hammer to re-seal it.

Just don't overcook it!
I went out to get gas in the car, and go to Kroger before the weather gets really ugly -- it was a balmy 21F (-6C). I bought the things I was missing for bean and ham soup -- like the beans. They were completely out of celery, except for the expensive, pre-sliced stuff. I hope it is good, considering what I paid for it.
The rest was just stuff like bread, deli meats/cheese, and snack items.
