I'd have to hire Morning Glory to make the scramblies, but I'm sure I can't afford her!
What is the herb on the egg? People often miss a trick with fried eggs. Herbs and spices sprinkled can add such a lovely dimension.

Scrambled eggs MG style are not hard to make. Just crack some eggs into a bowl, scramble them, and walk the bowl slowly past a medium-high stove/hob.

The three of us did not have dinner last night, as we went out to lunch and ate like horses 
I figured that we needed a big breakfast
That's a Denver Omelet, diced mini San Marzano Tomatoes, Air Fryer Hash Brown Patties and a toasted English Muffin.
And don't forget a piece of fruit, diced up Navel Orange.
Not in frame is a glass of Tomato Juice as well.
*belch*
I think we'll all be good until dinner time.

Breakfast for me this morning was New York sour rye toast topped with sunny side up eggs, and with pork sausage, a hash brown patty and a banana on the side.

Costco's Croissant warmed and stuffed with thinly sliced Ham, Swiss Cheese and a hard fried Egg.
Navel Orange and the last little bit of diced Cantaloupe.
Oh, a glass of juice to wash it down.
Happy Christmas Eve everyone!
Make it a soft fried egg for me and I'd love it.

Christmas mornings I try to have an easy breakfast ready to go
I picked up a pan of Costco's Cinnamon Pull-apart Bread, their brand of thick cut Bacon and I had some Red Pears in the fruit bowl. Fruit Juice and Hot Tea to round it out and I'm done in no time flat!
The three of us did some good damage to that pan of rolls I think!

I heated in the oven some Cranberry & Orange Scones (store bought) with a nice knob of Butter (also Orange Marmalade, not in the shot) and a bowl of diced up Cantaloupe.
