Met up with nephew only, had a simply wonderful visit at two brewpubs - antipasto salad for me, reuben egg rolls and a side salad for MrsT, and a reuben for her nephew.

I’m absolutely loving my new grater, it shaves the Parmesan beautifully and grates in both directions so it’s nice n fast to use.

Although it's frighteningly razor sharp after I used it I thought perhaps I'd be less likely to grate my fingers because you don't have to apply so much pressure to make it work. Less chance of what you're grating flipping over in your hand?
A bit like a sharp knife being safer than a blunt one.
What do think?
