I do something similar to that, but I encrust the pork (tenderloin) in the breadcrumbs and fry it in my cast iron skillet with a thin layer of oil.This makes 3 patties:
And chuck it all into a food processor. Then I used a burger press....
- 250g pork, minced
 - 1 egg
 - 1 small onion, minced
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 2 small red chilies, chopped
 - 1 pinch dried sage
 - 2 tblsp breadcrumbs
 
	
 We have the other half for tonight. Backed beans on toast with Christmas pud for desert. The dogs in my book.
