What did you cook or eat today (September 2019)?

ATK's North Carolina dipped fried chicken (without the dip), mashies and zucchini/carrot veges. Craig had gravy on his mashies. One of my beers.

Personally, I prefer something a little lighter at breakfast time! Anything white and fizzy, but each to his/her own! :whistling:
 
Honey glazed roasted pork ribs with gnocchi potatoes (with butter, garlic and sage dressing) and green oak grass. My first attempt at cooking gnocchi and more than likely my last.

Ever since Kroger started carrying vacuum-sealed shelf-stable gnocchi, I stopped making it. :)

Yours looks fantastic, BTW.
