What did you cook or eat today (September 2025)?

I would eat that, but I like it cooked until soft, same as if you were cooking any other kind of beef stew. It's organ meats and feet I don't like, no problem with cheeks.

I pressure cooked it for 40 donuts minutes so it's fall apart tender!

Forgot I’d bought a “charcuterie pack,” found it unexpectedly, so a variety of salami slices ended up in the salad I made tonight.

Last night was roast lamb potatoes pumpkin kumara and peas. It was really good for a leftover meal from wife's work.
Pretty good too.

I couldn't even eat HALF my meal... not shown are 4 dinner rolls with honey butter, Pretzel bites with a lovely jalapeno cheese dip and more condiments for the baker!!!!
OH! And free dessert, `cuz I said it was our anniversary and showed our adorable waitress, that we always have when we go for supper, our wedding day photo... "aawwww you guys still look the same"
Nothin' like livin' in a small town!

Finally got round to eating. A Caesar salad and a veggie burger & chips.
But I cooked:
9 kgs pork vindaloo
6 kgs tamarind chutney
70 samosas
prepped 9 kgs butter chicken
Prepped enough vadas to feed an army
