I pressure cooked it for 40I would eat that, but I like it cooked until soft, same as if you were cooking any other kind of beef stew. It's organ meats and feet I don't like, no problem with cheeks.

I couldn't even eat HALF my meal... not shown are 4 dinner rolls with honey butter, Pretzel bites with a lovely jalapeno cheese dip and more condiments for the baker!!!!
OH! And free dessert, `cuz I said it was our anniversary and showed our adorable waitress, that we always have when we go for supper, our wedding day photo... "aawwww you guys still look the same"
