Both of use felt a bit ropy last night so just sandwiches. We both slept well with no unfortunate side effects
Pan fried horseshoe gammon, re-heated hot and sour potatoes, a fried duck egg and English mustard.
That is a very neeat egg. Did you use a 'chef's ring'?

Baked pancakes for breakfast.
So good, I just went silent and ate enjoying the blend of tastes.
Kid approved explicitly. She was immersed in talk about school...
Filling,2 with cottage cheese,1 tablesp brown sugar, vanilla essence, lemon zest, and 2 with honey, sultanas and walnuts. Covered with egg/cream mixture, sprinkled with walnuts.
The pancake batter has flax seed flour in it, rest Ap flour.
Love how thick they are.

Pasta mix+spinach casserole, grated cheese, egg/cream over.
Kid had this as side to meat, me as main dish. Sprinkled chilli flakes, good!
At places spinach would get dry as nori, wonder if I should have placed it first, under the pasta
...it was frozen. But mostly it was covered, so no real damage.

Today's ramen was with duck (the fowl, not the forum member).

Today's meal for me is creamy fruit salad.
But, I had it with whipped topping.
And I have lots of left overs to refrigerate and use again, perhaps over ice cream, as a dessert.

Started with another salad, very similar to last night's, then we had sandwiches:
That's mayonnaise, lettuce, peppered turkey, tomato, cheese, bacon, lettuce, and mustard, and the bread was grilled (pan-fried) on one side in the rendered bacon grease. I wish I'd have thought to add a hard-boiled egg to that.
