I roasted some vegetables and want to put them as a pizza topping. If I take them straight out the freezer they will stick to their container for about an hour I think.
What's the best way to add frozen roasted veg to pizza as a topping?
I hope this is the right thread.
Sweet potatoes or yams
EVOO or any other oil you wish to use
salt and pepper to taste
This is more of a technique than a recipe. You can make as many as you want. Made this way, the vegetables stay nicely tender and moist, yet form a bit of a crust.
Peel and rinse the vegetables...
This is a recipe originally posted by The Food Network from the SantaCafe. I have changed it to fit our tastes and to use pantry items already on hand. It looks like a lot of ingredients and work, but it's really not and is easily broken into short segments of time that you can work on as you...

In the U.S. wild duck can not be sold. You either hunt for yourself or have a friend kind enough to gift you with the bounty of their hunt.
This recipe is not applicable to domestic duck.

I know it's a basic question but I just want to know how to make good roasted parsnips. I usually just roast them with oil salt and pepper but they either burn slightly or end up undercooked. Looking for tips on how to make them better
This is something of a discovery for me. This sauce has such a vibrant red colour, the texture is velvety and thick and yet its totally fat free and consequently low calorie. I used it here with chicken - I simply added chunks of chicken breast to the sauce and simmered gently until the chicken...
Note- Being new I don't know how to mark this post as a recipe. If someone could help that would be great. Thanks.
There is a Vietnamese crab restaurant in SF called Thanh Long (it has a sister restaurant called Crustacean). It is famous for its roasted crab with garlic. In fact, the recipe is...
This soup really needs fresh sweetcorn off the cob, and plenty of it, perhaps much more than the 6 ears of corn suggested. We had to make it with frozen sweetcorn and the difference was very obvious and disappointing. 1 ear of corn yields roughly 100g of sweetcorn if you do need to use frozen...
