This is a perfect example of Cucina Povera. You can use Orzo pasta instead rice (I prefer this way).
You need -
350 g Rice or Orzo.
400 g Savoy cabbage.
100 g Bacon.
50 g Grated Parmesan +2 rinds.
59 g Pecorino.
1.5 litre meat stock.
2 Tablespoon Olive oil.
