Bone-in ribeyes? (or whatever you call ribeyes down there). You should have left the bones on until cooked. The "chef" gets to gnaw the meat off the bone, caveman style. (my dog hates when I do that -- he thinks that is his privilege, even though he contributed nothing to the cooking of the steak)

Too awkward to cook in my skillet, if it was warmer I'd bbq outside with bone on. I did freeze bones for soup though.
No dog here!

I can't wait to cook my turkey this weekend. After brining, I'll put fresh jalapeño slices and garlic cloves under the skin and slow roast it with jalapeños stuffing. So good!
I totally misread that as

so I got as far as stuffing garlic cloves under the skin of a jalapeno pepper and also stuffing the same said jalapeno with a jalapeno stuffing...

I tried a second time.

think I had better go and get some fresh air!
