I'm making baked mahi mahi with a Panko and herb butter topping, wild rice with mushrooms and herbs, and asparagus. Fish is thawing now. We eat late around here.
Salad and bratwurst, shot from the table Nature gave me:
I made scramble eggs with cheese on toasted English muffins. Didn’t have any dairy products other than coffee creamer so I used it. Salt, pepper and fresh dill. Never made eggs with dill before. I will certainly make it again. Made waffle maker hash browns and oven baked candied bacon. This was for dinner. Only problem is, I’m still hungry.
