What did you cook or eat today (September 2019)?

Fettuccine with Celery Leaves Pesto - I'm loving very much by using celery leaves that often are thrown away.
The flavor of this pesto is quite strong and I liked it very much.
I then also added three anchovy fillets, Evoo and some chilli flakes.
Ah, I also added some peeled almonds.
Everything in the blender, 2 minutes.

Can't wait to make pesto again this summer.

We were out all day yesterday so had lunch out. It was our main meal. At one of our favorite vegan cafes, the first we found in Canberra when we first moved out here.
